- Unused and Sealed Items:
Refunds will only be issued if the E-Bike is returned unused, unopened, and with the box seals intact.
- Used or Opened Items:
If the seals on the box are broken or the E-Bike has been activated or used in any way, we cannot accept returns or offer a refund.
If the E-Bike is faulty upon receipt, please contact us via TikTok Shop chat or TikTok Shop Customer Services within 14 days of delivery.
If faulty, please contact Finlux/Hisense directly and look at having this repaired under warranty with the manufacturer.
All claims must be supported by evidence, such as photos or videos. If the item is found to have no fault, it will be returned to you without a refund.
